That's why no matter how or why you became a single parent, Capital Area Single Parents (formerly Capital Area PWP...a chapter of Parents without Partners, Inc.) is for you. Capital Area Single Parents is a group of newly separated, divorced, widowed, adoptive, and remarried parents offering mutual support and social functions focused on life stages of single parents and their children. 

We all need support and guidance as we face the joys and sorrows of everyday life. From childhood through our older years, we encounter new challenges.
